I was absolutely delighted to be involved with the 2013 PGA Tour stop the Reno Tahoe Open at the beautiful Montreux Golf and Country Club.  I was thrilled to be a special part of the annual Women’s Day.

I conducted a 1 hour clinic at the range for over 300 women in conjunction with legendary LPGA player Annika Sorentstam.  She did the first portion of the clinic wowing participants with her laser accuracy and giving guests an insight on her swing thoughts.  I followed it up with my clinic where I focused on helping women add distance to their game.

As I was warming up I was tickled to hit balls beside PGA Tour player Jesper Parnevik and had a chance to meet him.

After the clinic I joined the ladies for dinner where I was the keynote speaker and delivered my “Drive Determines Distance” talk sharing with people how I went from a 30+ handicap to the 7-time Canadian Long Drive Champion.

I was honored by the standing ovation at the end.  A fabulous group of women and I can’t wait to go back next year!
